One Word

I found this amazing idea last year just before the wedding...
So in September.
I didn't try and come up with a second word, but instead,
told myself to think of the my 2012 one word.
As the new year approached, I realized that I still needed time to come up with my one word.
Oh my out of all the words out there,
how do I choose just one

This year it seems only fitting to choose a word that
encompasses all of the new adventures in my life.
Marriage, a full time job, no school, no sorority friends,
serving in a position at church, running more, eating less,
blogging consistently, but not overwhelmingly, reading my bible and books more...
Oh the list goes on.

But in all of it, I want to find more of God and what He has in store for me.
With that said, my word is

 thanksgiving.

In all things I do today I want to give thanks. I want to live a life of thanksgiving.
To the amazingly sacrificial God I serve, to my fun-loving husband,
to my unconditionally amazing family, to my strong Mama Bird,
to my "real people" church Crosspoint, to those who believe in me,
to writers who make me laugh, cry, and all that's in between,
to you, who read the words I put here, large and small.

Feel free to share with me... In fact, your words do more for me than mine for you.

I reserve the right to remove negative interactions... This is a space to share, to inspire, to laugh, and to cry - while everyone is entitled to an opinion, no one is entitled to spread hurtful words.
